About Riser
Riser is a free platform for running private NHL fantasy hockey leagues. It gives commissioners the tools they need and gives members a clean, real-time experience: from draft day to the final standings. It is on the web today, with an iPhone app on the way.
Why it exists
Most fantasy leagues still run on spreadsheets, group chats, and goodwill. One person volunteers to be commissioner and ends up spending hours every week updating scores, mediating trades, and answering the same questions over and over.
Riser was built to fix that. It handles the tedious parts (scoring, rosters, draft logistics) so the commissioner can focus on running the league, and everyone else can focus on competing.
The goal is simple: make it easy to run a private fantasy hockey league that feels clean and fair, without needing to pay for it or fight with clunky tools.
